Matthew Sullivan joined Colliers International Central Florida in 2001 as Managing Director in Orlando. Matt was previously the founder and President of The Sullivan Group in Orlando, Florida from which he owned and operated for over 10 years. He has been active in commercial real estate for over 20 years and has established himself as an industry leader. His primary focuses are industrial transactions as well as managing the Orlando office operations by providing leadership, sales management and his expertise of the Central Florida Market.

Director, Industrial Services

Wilson has been a member of the CFI team since 2005 when he joined Colliers Arnold as an Industrial Specialist concentrating on the industrial market in Central Florida. Since then, Wilson has been involved in the leasing and/or sales of over $150 Million dollars of industrial and office properties in Central Florida and currently shares leasing responsibility for over 3 Million SF of existing industrial product. Wilson is focused on adding value to his clients’ industrial real estate assets.

Marketing Coordinator

Heather is the Marketing Coordinator for the CFI team and manages and coordinates all marketing for the team. She has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her work ethic, attitude and attention to detail are invaluable to the CFI team.
